Session Info

What to wear

Pick out at least two outfits you would like your baby to be pictured in. The rest of the pictures will be done with no clothes on or various colorful wraps.

I keep an assortment of wraps on hand, however, feel free to bring any you may have as well!

If mom and dad (or any other siblings) want to join in that's great! Coordinating outfits look the best but these are your pictures so pick whatever works for you!

If there is a certain color scheme you are looking for please just let me know ahead of time so that I can get different props of mine to match accordingly.

Book when your baby is no more then 2 weeks old for the best pictures

What to expect

When I arrive at your home please have the majority of the blinds or curtains open. Natural lighting from outside makes for the best pictures, and this simply allows me to find the best area for your babies shots.

Most of the time newborns will be sleepy and content to dream away while their pictures are being taken. If that isn't the case with your baby that's fine! Just go with the flow and don't stress, we are going to get perfect pictures for you to cherish either way.

Some tips

Feeding the baby 30 minutes prior to the session allows their bellies to be full and for them to be sleepy, allowing us to get those cute shots that everyone loves (:

Don't have any tight fitting clothes or diapers on the baby prior to the session as they can leave marks or indents in the skin. Nothing that can't be edited out, but better to try and prevent it from happening in the first place.

As I mentioned above I do have some props on hand. If you have something else you would like me to incorporate just let me know. I'm always open to new ideas! Nothing makes a picture more special then an old teddy bear of moms or a blanket that was made by a grandparent.
